• Where do you ship to?

All of our products are available for shipping within Malaysia and Singapore.  

If you live outside of our typical shipping area please contact us through hello@lunahillcollection.com for further enquiries.

 

• How much does shipping cost?

Malaysia: 

*Free shipping within WM for orders above MYR 200.

- A flat fee of MYR 8 for standard shipping to WM (< 5kg) 

- For heavy/bulky item/s (> 5kg) e.g vases, flat fee of MYR 12 will be applied

- Shipping fees for EM will be calculated automatically upon checkout 

Singapore: 

Shipping starts from MYR 35 for 3 kg, the price will vary depending on the items bought and will be calculated automatically upon checkout. 

 

• How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 3-5 working days once your payment is processed and completed.

 

• How do I check my package delivery status?

• Can I get reimbursement for duties or importing fees?

Please note that for international order, any associated duties or taxes are to be borne by the customer. No reimbursement will be made on these fees.
