  • What is Pre-order?

Pre-order is usually bestselling item that is sold out and is currently being restocked, unless otherwise stated. 

Please note that if your order includes a pre-order item/s, the whole order will only be shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock. Do check with us on the pre-order lead time prior placing your order. 

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Thank you for your order. We do regretfully wish to state that all sales are final and are not eligible for cancellation, exchange as well as refund.

 

  • I received a broken item! How do I go about it?

Oh no, we are sorry to hear about that. Worry not, here's what you need to do:

- snap a photo of the damaged item

- email us at hello@lunahillcollection.com within 3 days of receipt of delivery for an exchange

Please note that there will be no cash refunds at the moment for any damage item. The damaged item will be replaced with the same item (subject to availability) or store credit only

There will be no refund on the shipping cost.

--IMPORTANT--: As some of our products are handmade in nature, there may be slight variation in terms of colour, measurements and finishes. As such these shall not be deemed as defect. 

 

  • It's not what I ordered...

It's uncommon, but accident does happen sometimes.
